Her Story

Helping You See What Is Shaping You — So You Can Move Forward With Intention.

A closer look at the journey, the calling, and the approach behind Mind Soul Collective.

Shantal, founder of Mind Soul Collective
The Journey

Shantal has always been curious about people — what makes them tick, what holds them back, what sets them free. That curiosity turned inward through her own season of growth: therapy, journaling, and a developing mindfulness practice became the tools that helped her understand her own patterns before she ever helped anyone else with theirs.

Alongside that inner work, her faith gave her an anchor — a sense that clarity and purpose were connected to something larger than willpower alone. Over time, what had been personal practice became a recognized calling: helping other growth-oriented people do the same inner work, with the same blend of reflection, mindfulness, and faith.

Mind Soul Collective grew out of that recognition.

Why Mind Soul Collective Exists

The Whole Picture, Not Just the Decision in Front of You

Real change isn't only mental. Your mind shapes how you think through patterns and decisions — but underneath that sits your soul: your values and your identity, the truer things about who you are apart from performance or pressure. For many, a relationship with God is the steady ground beneath both. When mind and soul are in agreement about who you actually are, clarity stops being elusive — and clarity is what opens the door to purpose.
